Moorim conducted a third-party Human Rights Impact Assessment to understand and assess the awareness and conditions of employees regarding human rights.
1. Objectives:
To proactively identify and evaluate tangible or potential human rights risks arising from corporate activities. To voluntarily make improvements based on the assessment.

October to December, 2023

4. Human Rights Impact Assessment Process: ① Preliminary Assessment → ② First Assessment (Review of internal/external data) → ③ Second Assessment (Interviews with relevant departments) → ④ Third Assessment/Significance Assessment → ⑤ Comprehensive Results and Identification of Improvement Tasks
5. Summary of Assessment Results: - The compliance rate with operational indicators based on the Human Rights Management Manual was evaluated at 94.5%. - Overall progress was observed in improving human rights levels, particularly in the establishment of effective management systems for guarantees of collective bargaining, negotiations, and work environments.

Moorim will continue its efforts to implement systematic enhancements and improvements necessary for the establishment and consolidation of the Human Rights Management System, aiming to protect and reinforce human rights for all stakeholders, including employees.
