Nanocellulose(CNF)
Moorim pursues plastic reduction and carbon neutrality and provides sustainable innovative products.
Nanocellulose, a nanomaterial made by breaking pulp-derived cellulose down into billionths,
is an eco-friendly new material that weighs only one-fifth as much as iron but is five times as strong.
Moorim’s nanocellulose is extracted from natural virgin pulp with the technology of Korea’s only integrated pulp and paper plant.
It has many properties, such as renewability, biodegradability, and biocompatibility, and useful features, such as hydrophilicity and water retention, and can be used in moisturizing cosmetics, films, and food and pharmaceutical packaging.
